Returns

We want you to love your Silk Laundry purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items, including accessories and marked-down merchandise, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return

  1. Visit shopsilklaundry.com to start your return.
  2. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
  3. Pack your items securely and attach the return label.
  4. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
